SERVICES:

HAT CLEANING: Select this service if your hat needs a cleaning. This service is for ONE HAT ONLY. IF MULTIPLE HATS, ADD QUANTITY. 

HAT SHAPE— OPEN: Select this service if your hat is OPEN CROWN & has a FLAT BRIM. This service is for one hat only, if multiple, ADD QUANTITY. 

HAT SHAPE— RE SHAPE: Select this service if your hat needs MAJOR SHAPING; such as changing the crown shape and/ or changing the brim. This service is for one hat only, if multiple, ADD QUANTITY. *COMPLIMENTARY CLEANING. ** PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SERVICE REQUIRES A LOT OF TIME AND IS DONE BY HAND. HAT WILL NOT BE DONE SAME DAY. ALLOW UP TO 48 BUSINESS HOURS FOR HAT TO BE READY.

HAT SHAPE— TOUCH UP: Select this service if your hat needs a SOFT RE- SHAPE; such as evening out the crown and/ or brim. This service is for one hat only, if multiple, ADD QUANTITY. *COMPLIMENTARY CLEANING.

FELT HAT BRIM CUTTING: Select this service if your hat needs the brim cut.

DISCLAIMER, you will be charged for added services upon arrival of appointment depending on which service you selected and what you request last minute during the appointment. 
[ FOR EXAMPLE: CUSTOMER selects appointment for TOUCH UP SERVICE and pays for the service ($20.00). CUSTOMER then requests a RE SHAPE INSTEAD (COST OF $40.00) without paying for the service upon booking. CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED FOR SERVICES PROVIDED ($20.00 PAID, additional $20.00 IS DUE TO EQUAL THE TOTAL RE SHAPE FEE OF $40.00) ].

CUSTOMER will not leave with their hat(s) until SERVICES PROVIDED ARE PAID FOR.

We will be enforcing this policy from here on out. Unfortunately in the past, we’ve had customers request services (said services provided by hatter), leave our premises with their hat(s) and “promise to pay” and never do. We love to help people out and get them out of a bind, (because of interviews, pictures and last minute events) but it doesn’t help us any if we provide the services to you for free.
